I am a multi-award winning creative director with leadership experience at some of the world’s most creative agencies. I secured my first major creative award (a yellow D&AD pencil) before I secured my first professional position in advertising, and subsequently became D&AD's youngest ever judge. Since then I have been on a professional odyssey from start-up agencies, independent hot shops and global networks helping brands, large and small, make their mark in pop culture. The diversity of my work is testament to my progressive approach - from long-form entertainment; to design to immersive digital experiences to brand and social activations. I’ve written a children’s book; designed a range of toys that were exhibited in the New York’s Museum of Modern Art and co-designed several luxury Swiss watches. Whatever the medium, whatever the category, whatever the ambition - each project is characterised by the same level of meticulous craftsmanship.
 
I am strong exponent of the role creativity has to play in tackling societal and environmental issues. My work on the world’s most sustainable typeface was an inaugural winner of the D&AD white pencil and I led the ‘Black Plaque Project’, an initiative that seeks to address the issue of posthumous prejudice in Britain.

As a member of Grey’s Global Creative Council for a decade I was one of the driving forces behind the network’s phenomenal creative renaissance, helping Grey London secure over 40 Cannes Lions. I joined Havas London, in 2020, as a Creative Partner and in  just 18 months I secured 34 international awards, including 3 Cannes Lions and 3 D&AD pencils - the agency’s most successful award season to date.

In 2022 I went client side with luxury Swiss watch maison - Ollech & Wajs, not as an in-house creative director, but as its marketing director. Poacher turned gamekeeper. Alongside running O&W’s marketing operations I continue to consult with various creative agencies including Uncommon Creative Studio, Droga 5 and Motion Sickness,  as a consultant CD / ECD.

I have been a speaker at The Tribeca Film Festival, Institute of Practitioners in Advertising and D&AD.

In my spare time I can usually be found writing about horology, taking photos or playing rugby - currently play for both Bletchley RFC and Olney RFC.
